About Vugar
Vugar is a doctor, business professional, and entrepreneur, with a wide and varied experience in areas, strategic risk research analysis, digitalization transformation, consulting, sustainable development, research, and development, forensics, biometrics, health, technology transfer, energy, environment industry, trade and commerce, CIS policy, international cooperation, project finance, between others. He got professional training in the USA and has remarkable experience in NGO Management for more than 22 years.
Vugar was born in Armenia, speaks native Azerbaijani and Turkish, as well as fluent in Russian and English (along with basic Armenian, Uzbek, and Turkmen). He has been a resident of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Russia and has worked in the Eurasia region (Turkey, CIS, and Mongolia), representing several US and UK Companies developing international business.
Vugar earned Medical Doctor at Azerbaijan State Medical University; Ph.D. - Doctor of Medical Sciences Forensic medicine - Forensic genetics in Cukurova University, Turkey; Juridical Faculty Ural State Law Academy, Institute of State and International Law, Russia; ISAR-Azerbaijan's Fundamental NGO Management Training, Embassy USA, Baku (sponsored by USAID).
